Mobile title: Suddenly I'm "Mom" now?!
Just this week, LO started calling me "Mom" and it's driving me nuts. (I have always been "Mommy"). I can only imagine that she heard me addressing my mom that way because we spent a lot of time with her last weekend, but still!
I am trying to ignore it - she went through a phase a few months ago where she called me "Becky" (my first name, obvs), which made me CRAZY and she could tell, so that took at least 3 weeks to stop.
I know eventually I won't be "mommy" anymore, but it's still a little soon, right?!

Aw man, I am not ready to be Mom yet either. I was okay with the Mama to Mommy transition, but we need to stay here for a few years before we move onto Mom.
B's been playing around with titles too - he calls me Mama, Mommy, Mom, and my first
BFP #2 5/27/12. EDD 2/1/13. m/c and D&C 6/21/12.
Ugh! They are growing up too fast!
Miles spent a lot of time with my sister, BIL, and their kids a couple weeks ago when we were visiting. They all call me Nicki, and every now and then Miles will point to me and say, "You is Nicki! Hi Nicki!" Ah
HA! DD has been doing this to me and I'm like WTF! DH thinks it is due to the fact that we're seeeing our parents a lot more so she hears DH and me calling our parents mom and dad, eventhough I swear I always call them grandma and grandpa.<

DD goes back and forth between the two for us.
This weekend though DD and I were staying at my parents. I got really sick. I am not embarassed to say I did call my parents Mommy and Daddy a few times!!
