Okay, how go the fitness and health goals this week?

GTKY: Has anyone been out to brave swimsuit shopping yet? If so, what kind did you get? Or what kind do you plan to get?

  • I am finally only about 3 pounds away from my pre-preg weight! Yay! I have really been counting my calories, and DS and I have been able to go walking 2x this week in the warmer weather.

  • I am doing well. I've exercised 4 times this week, and I have been watching my calories. Now that the weekend is here, hopefully I will be able to maintain. I am planning on going to spin class tomorrow moring before making chocolate chip pancakes. It'

  • March is a bad month so far. Lots of birthdays etc! I have gone outside a lot with DD and walked. Once we even got caught in a major whiteout/snow squall which made my walk harder going into 50km/h winds.... so I count that as a good workout! Thank goo

  • down 2.6 pounds this week for a total weight loss of 23 pounds since the new year. twelve more pounds until pre-pregnancy weight! i also started the shred this week. hoping to do all thirty days!

  • I am now 6 lbs away from pp weight ! I also started my first week of my triathlons training program for a triathlon in mid July. I did this triathlon the summer before last right before we ttc for dd . I am really determined to do if again before ttc for
