Gym Classes

Do any of you participate with your LO/'s in a Gym class?

We tried one out today and then signed up to do it again. Its called My Gym. I hope it will help with L's social skills. Today was a little rough but overall alot of fun and interactive. DH and I had fun talking with other parents.

Also if your LO/'s does a gym class or DC did you see a difference in their attitude and social skills?
