Pulling pain down below

I had to take my dog to the vet today (and he sucks on a leash) - while getting him into the vet he pulled me rather hard and I took a large step. Now my vagina is in pain. Like a I pulled a muscle. I get up from my desk and it stings. What in the world should I do. There are days that if I move wrong it pulls, but today is hurts to sit. Why oh why can't things just be normal while pregnant. Sorry if this is TMI.

    Sounds like you just stretched something down there. If you're concerned though, it wouldn't hurt to call your OB just for some reassurance.
