  Could you find an umbrella or cloud shaped cookie cutter and make cookies?  You could put them in little baggies with blue and yellow ribbons.

  Vendors on Etsy can be very flexible. I would suggest to find 4 or 5 soap makers there and chat them up to see about the possibility of making the soaps the shape/color you want them. That way you will have a chance to see what the average price is sin

  I've seen soaps at whole foods but not sure if they're oval/circle shaped. I know they definitely have multiple colored soaps though.
