Cow's Milk & Congestion? Coincidence?

Hi all, my daughter turned 1 on 2/26 and that week we started giving her cow's milk, by the weekend she developed a stuffy nose that is still hanging around, it just dawned on me that this could possible be a reaction to the milk? 

 Has anyone else had a similar experience, I plan on calling the doctor tomorrow, but just thought I would ask.

    I'm no expert by any means...but I'd say purely coincidental. If she was going to "react" I think you be looking at something more like tummy issues, rash, trouble breathing...not cold"ish".

    I'm not sure either but I don't think its an allergic reaction. I've heard that the protein in dairy can cause an increase in mucus or cause it to be thicker I'm not sure how valid that is though. Sorry I'm really no help.
