Soy

I LOVE soymilk, but I'm reading varrying opinions on the Internet on it being ok or discouraged. Has anyone heard directly from their OB of its ok? I'm not talking crazy amounts of soy products, but you know, in my cereal, and as an ingredient in processed foods.

  • in general soy is not good for (especially for) women (or young girls)....I would not drink it. Try almond milk. Much healthier.

  • Go to Almond! I went to Soy as a lactose intolerant person but soon switched over to almond, even have coconut almond milk ice cream that is dairy free (not as creamy but damn good)
