so I figured out how to do it, but how do you make it show up every post?

    If you edited your signature to include it then eventually it should show up. Mine took a few days.

    On your profile, go to Avatar & Signature.  Paste the code there.  You may have to save a few times or let a few days pass for it to kick in, but it will.  You can also check past posts to see if it works - no need to do any test posts!
