  I got him a 4.00 pair from babies r us because I am sure they will get a lot of use so I won't care if they fall apart. They are more for beach/water. My mom bought him a really nice pair at stride rite, and I am eyeing some fricken adorable ones at child

  I saw a similar post a few days ago on 12-24 months, and a lot of the ladies over there recommended keen sandals.

  I'm in So Cal too!   I'm getting a pair of Sandals for the kiddo's easter basket.  I like the ones Carters has.  So excited, I'm very unsure about flip flops for babies even with the back strap.
