Rec your smaller SUV or Minivan

One of our cars is old and is having lots of problems lately. We will likely be buying a different vehicle before DD#2 arrives. I'm thinking I'd like a smaller SUV (like a Honda CRV/Ford Escape size) or possibly a minivan.

We will will have a newborn car seat and DD's convertible in the back for now...and we might have a third child someday, which is why I'm open to a minivan, too. (Not for at least 3 years from now though, so we could get a van later.) Any recommendations?

It's a bit bigger than you were thinking, but I love my honda pilot! It's about the size of the odyssey, slightly lower in price and fun to drive. Bonus that you can easily fit 3 across the middle row so you have an amazing amount of storage with 3 kids (

I got a Toyota Sienna two months ago and I love it for hauling kids. The power sliding doors are so handy when I'm carrying the baby in the car seat.

I drive an older Subaru Forester and it's been a great car. I'm very comfortable with it in the snow. I hope to get a new car in the next couple years and it will likely be the CR-V (DH has test driven the new ones and loved it) or another Forester.

I have had the Audi Q5 for over 3 years now and love it!! It def falls into the "small SUV" category. We're planning on "upgrading" to the Q7 after our LO arrives...
