I've been reading up on essential oils to help in labor and delivery.
Did anyone use them? favorite brand? What's a carrier oil?
I'd like to implement them into my birth plan but not sure how/where to start.

This isn't super helpful but I'll share what knowledge I have from my experience working in a spa and my last labor.
My doula uses a labor blend (no idea what's in it but it smelled very warm and had strong lavender and earthy notes) that she ord
My doula does some aromatherapy stuff for labour if I want.
Last time, I thought it was really, really stupid when I was actually in labour. I remember the moment she gave me something to smell. I was not impressed.
