Am I pregnant?

I need some advice b/c I've never been pregnant before. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant by tracking my "fertile" days/ovulation days on the Iperiod iPhone app. I've been having many symptoms that are not normal for me and I may be just tricking myself into thinking I'm pregnant, but my symptoms are the same as many women who are pregnant.

I've been extremely exhausted, like can hardly get through the day at work awake, gassy, constipated (which I never have a problem with), my boobs are sore and bigger, I've been having bad leg and arm pains/cramps that are driving me crazy. And for the past two nights I've had to get up to pee and can't fall back asleep for anything, although I'm exhausted. 

I'm supposed to start AF today. I did an hpt test at 11 dpo and 12dpo and both were BFN. I've read that many women don't get their BFP until after AF is supposed to arrive. Today would be 14dpo and I'm kind of scared to take an hpt test in case it is negative again. It gets hard to see all of those negative tests.

Does anyone think I could be pregnant? We've been trying for about 3 months but I'd love to be pregnant. :) I appreciate any insight. Thank you!

    Second, you don't know how many days DPO you are unless you temp and saw which day you O'd.

    We can't tell you. If you're not temping, there's no way to know how many DPO you really are & if you're really late or not. Your cycle could just be longer than usual. I suggest switching from your app to Fertilityfriend.com (there is a

    Thank you for your advice. You may be totally right that it's kind of my imagination. I think I may start tracking my BBT. I never realized how important it was. Thank you for being kind.

    In response to some of the other posts: I'm really sorry. I didn't know I wasn't 'supposed' to be post symptoms and stuff. I've seen a lot of other people do it on other pregnancy sites. It's nice to get input from other moms or people who have been pregn

    No one said you aren't supposed to post your symptoms. I advised you to check the newbie link because it's helpful...it'll also tell you NOT to ask if you're pregnant. No one can tell you if you're pregnant or not. Pregnancy symptoms are a lot like PMS an

    The Iperiod iPhone app has been recalled due to it's failure rate. In all honesty though apps don't tell you anything about your body or your cycle. I reccomend reading taking charge of your fertility and looking into bbt. Fertilityfriend.com has tons of

    10/12/13 Cyst is gone starting cycle #1 Femara - U/S shows no response

    11/19/13 Large cyst on right ovary. Benched again.

    12/18/13 2 cm cyst still on my right ovary. Back to BCP. 

    1/10/14 start femara 5mg for 10 days

    OP, the only way to know for sure if you're pregnant is a test. Comparing symptoms is really a waste of time because everyone is different, what might be pregnancy symptoms for some might be PMS symptoms for others, some women get the same symptoms before
