Diaper rash

Have our first bout of diaper rash! We've been using Desitin. Wondering if anyone has had success with anything else ie. butt paste, letting it air out? Just some other ideas would be appreciated.

    We do a lot of naked time and use Aquaphor.
    Cu had one diaper rash a while back. A and D did nothing. Aquaphor worked right away. Well, coupled with naked time.

    We CD but before we started to we used Desitin or ButtPaste. Both worked well. I just prefered the smell of the ButtPaste.

    We use Butt Paste and/or A&D.

    I'm super anti-J&J so I personally wouldn't be using Desitin.

    We've only had 1 diaper rash with LO1 since we CD, but I like buttpaste, and it doesn't smell bad!

    ours took 3 days to clear up with Buttpaste and using the new aveeno  organics.. not much air time since she was pooping every fart.. but we did limit the amount of trips we took that needed her in a car seat..... not sure it was the time of ever

    weve used Butt paste for rash and Aquafor as a barrier at night when she's in the diaper the longest.

    Trying Aquaphor. Unfortunately with a little boy cold air on his parts ignites the pee! So attempting to do some nakey time. I'm wondering if thie rash could at all be a reaction to his immunizations from Tuesday??

    I use penaten for DS and lots of naked time. I put a blanket on the floor with a little heater and I bought those puppy training pads for underneath him. We do it every day just to air him out and let him breathe. He loves it. It gets messy because he doe
