BTDT moms: Things I have not done yet?

Seriously. I am a slacker mom. I don't think I have even really realized that #2 is coming yet. And I'm almost 27 weeks along.

Things I have not done:

Turned one of our guest rooms into DS's new "big boy room". Or even bought bedding or decided on a paint color.

Figured out what clothing items I need (a lot of DS's newborn stuff was borrowed).

Bought anything (I need a stroller and/or a couple of new wraps, swing, new tubes and flanges for my breast pump, and several other items).

Re-read any of my breast-feeding books or books on sleep and routines in the first months. I swear I've forgotten everything but I can't seem to get around to digging my books out.

There's more. How about you ladies??

I really need to do some refresher reading too. Our "routine" with Lucy was a nightmare and I don't intend to repeat those mistakes. Guess I should get started on that, huh?

I feel the same way! I did buy a few things, but most of the stuff, I'm like, EH. We gave away most of our baby equipment to a needy family before we found out we were expecting, so I am missing a lot of stuff I had for DD#1.

Mine are so close together so there's not much for me to do. DS1 kept getting out of his crib, so he's already in his "big boy" bed, that was the most major thing on the list.
