No problem at all. DH called them the day we got The Call and they said DD was automatically covered. We took her in 2 days after she came home and she was already covered.
I did not have any problems. I had to submit our placement paperwork which was not done until 20 days post placement due to ICWA so we did have 2 appts we had to pay cash for.
