    We didn't have any problems. We have Anthem Blue Cross and they started covering LO from the date of birth.

    No problems here either with United Health Care. Covered from day one!

    01/10- Femara
    03/10- Femara
    07/2010- Clomid with injectables and IUI #1
    08/2010- IUI #2
    06/2011- IVF #1 BFP!
    09/2011- Miscarriage at 10 1/2 weeks
    11/2011- FET
    01/2012- Start Home Study process
    03/2012- Home Study approved and now waiting on our child to find us!
    07/2012- matched with a BM who is due in October!
    11/10/12- our son is born!
    11/13/12- court grants us custody!
     12/28/12- finalization! Always ours in our hearts, but.now also ours forever

    No problem at all. DH called them the day we got The Call and they said DD was automatically covered. We took her in 2 days after she came home and she was already covered.

    I did not have any problems. I had to submit our placement paperwork which was not done until 20 days post placement due to ICWA so we did have 2 appts we had to pay cash for.

    B born 1/3/2012. Adoption finalized 12/27/12

    Our insurance company actually had a form letter specifically for adoption agencies/home studies that stated that they cover from the date of placement, etc. So I think it's pretty standard and that most providers have dealt with this before. I'm sure tha
