Congested babies

My girls are 5 months actual, 3 months adjusted. They have what I think are colds. Baby b is so very congested nasal its hard for me to listen to her breath. She's very snorty, crackly sounding, but it all seems to be in her head, not lungs. Her breathing does not appear labored in her chest at all. How do I know if this is normal cold stuff or if I need to call the pedi?

    Ditto PP! And if anything that comes outta the nose is yellow or green I would call.

    I would call the pedi just for peace of mind. I hope your little ones feel better soon. Spring can't get here soon enough!
