Well, I made it to 6m

breastfeeding...

But, as of today, I am completely dried up. Crying I am really trying to be OK with it, but it's hard because it wasn't my choice. My LO got two teeth at three months and started biting me almost every time I nursed. My nipples are so scarred from the holes he bit in me! Ugh! Anyway, I tried to hang tough and keep nursing, but have had to pump a lot and give bottles too... which I realized was a bad cycle to start because the more he had a bottle, the more he bit me.

Anyway, I've been making less and less, and now I'm finally dried up all together. Like I said, I'm trying to be ok with it, but it's hard because it feels like it was out of my control. If I could have kept nursing or even EPing, I totally would have! I need some encouragement ladies... make me feel ok with this! I feel like a bad mommy! Crying

You did great! Try not to stress about it too much. My mom says that once a baby gets teeth, there are two things that shouldn't be going in their mouths, lol!

Please don't beat yourself up! I am totes jealous of your six months. When I think back to quitting on my LO it makes me sad. Next time I will strive to get to six months!
