Back from the doctor

He took blood for the beta... I won't find out until tomorrow.  I'm not optimistic since my HPT was negative yesterday.  The doctor said those tests aren't 100% but I shouldn't get my hopes up too high.

I talked to him about IUI vs. IVF.  I was going to push hard for IVF since most of the posters to my original post said that's the way I should go.  He wants to try a couple of IUIs first.  He doesn't think there's any reason they shouldn't work since I responded really well to all the drugs.  The cost for the IUIs is minimal so I think I will try one or two IUIs first.

Who knows, maybe I won't have to... maybe my damn POAS was wrong!

DX: Him: Super sperm Me: Diminished pituitary function due to tumor removed April 2008, MTHFR Hetero C677T & A1298C
IVF #1-4=BFN IVF #5=BFP! U/S on 5/3 revealed TWINS!

    We did 2 IUIs and will most likely move onto IVF next month. I would try 2. What is your dx? #1 didn't work and I doubt #2 did (really low counts) either, but I'm glad we gave them a shot. Best of luck to you!
