I think my dog knows I'm pregnant

Does anyone with pets notice them acting differently towards you? I have two dogs, a male Beagle named Snoopy and a male Poodle named Butters, both 3 years old. The Beagle was clearly a Daddy's boy and the Poodle is my baby. Anyway, the Beagle has suddenly become my best friend and waits for me everywhere around the house and wants to sleep next to my belly every night. It is almost like he knows that I am pregnant. I am not complaining but it is just kind of funny. Does anyone else have any funny pet and pregnancy/baby stories? Or does anyone think pets can "know" these kinds of things?

 

FYI: This whole ticker thing confuses me, I've tried and tried to get it to work with no avail so I'm 7 weeks today for anyone who wants to know.

    I have two dogs as well and before I even found out I was pregnant, they wouldn't leave my side. I'm 9 weeks now and they still won't leave me. My one dog even always lays with her head on my belly. Dogs can def sense when you are pregnant.

    I'm totally convinced animals can sense these kinds of things, I mean they have dogs that can detect cancer so I'm sure animals can detect hormonal changes during a pregnancy.

    My JRT has always been my best friend, but he is really all about me right now. My rabbit is also very sweet toward me. Normally, she nibbles at me when I reach in to pet her, but now she lowers her head and patiently waits for me to pet her.
