Yesterday I had my 24 week appointment.. I am actually 24 weeks 5 days.. and baby is measuring big more like 25 weeks 4 days.. anyways, I stood on the dreaded scale and realized that I have gained 29 pounds so far.. YIKES!! and OH NO! was all I could think.. Is this normal? Have I gained to much weight so far? Any suggestions... ( I work out daily and really haven't splurged on any food) I eat about the same as I did before I was pregnant).

It all depends on your body type. I believe I read on one of my pregnancy apps that if you were a small build prior to being pregnant you gain more weight than someone who was of an average or larger build.

It's on the high side but may not be cause for alarm. I am slightly underweight pre-preg. So I usually gain ~ 40lbs each pregnancy. It all comes off with no effort other than breastfeeding.
I usually am up the same number of pounds as I am weeks

As long as you are eating well and drinking your water...and you know you aren't indulging too much...get on the scale backwards at the doctor. Ask the nurses not to mention the number to you...and
