Thank you Breathe Right strips!

In the recent weeks, my wife's breathing has become very labored at night.  Between the snoring and the wheezing, neither of us have been sleeping well.  Last night she used a breathe right nasal strip and wow what a difference.  I actually had a little trouble getting to sleep because it was so silent.  I feel so much better this morning!

    My wife has a mouth piece that she has not used yet for her snoring.  This thread has reminded me to pull that out tonight, get it into some boiling water, and fit it for her.

    I wear these every time I drink wine or beer to prevent snoring. Although, really, we need a guest bedroom for me. My poor DW.
