Can I bring baby food pouches to Jamaica

We are traveling from NY to Jamaica in a few weeks and I am trying to figure out if I can bring baby food pouches (store bought, Sprout/Plum Organics) into Jamaica for our trip.  Does anyone know, or know how I could figure it out?  I know there are often restrictions regarding fresh foods but I don't know about this type of thing.  I don't want to lug all of the food there to have to throw it out if we are unable to bring it into the country.
