I'm looking to add a small lightweight stroller to my registry. We're only registered at Target and I've narrowed it down to one of these options. Obviously price seems to be a difference, but does anyone have any recommendations on the differences between the Chicco Liteway or the Chicco Echo? I honestly can't tell the difference between the two (even after using the "compare" option)
I don't need it to work with a carseat as we already have a travel system, but would prefer to use it right away as an infant stroller (so full recline is important). Otherwise any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Do you use the Echo with a newborn? I'm not clear on if it's safe or only for +6 mos. Any concerns with the basket size, weight, maneuverability, etc?
Echo is a Target exclusive Chicco stroller, but I've seen the Liteway on sale for similar price and it's a much more elegant and versatile stroller. It has more premium features and looks more upscale, while the Echo looks more like the inexpensive First Years Jet/Ignite. The Echo has 4 recline positions but does not appear to recline fully. ***
***ETA: I stand corrected, Target site says that the Echo has a full recline, so it would be ok to use with a newborn. It also says Echo is 17 lbs. ***
The Chicco doesn't list the weight for the Echo, but the Liteway is listed at 17-20 lbs for the various models so it's not an ultralight stroller by any means.
