There's a huge "rummage sale" for just baby and kids' stuff held in my town every year by the local Lutheran church. It's apparently pretty fabulous for any and every kiddo item one could imagine. But--I feel like we're all set for the time being and really don't know what to anticipate in terms of upcoming gear we might need (aside from a new carseat, which I'm clearly not going to buy secondhand). Anyone have any must-haves that they recommend for the 6-12 month range and beyond? As a FTM I feel like I have no clue what's coming next and can see myself needing something in a few months and kicking myself that I didn't snap it up on the cheap at the rummage sale!
Re: What might I be missing?
Bath toys. N loves her bath time more than just about anything, so we have a few bath toys for when she's a little older that I bought at the Just Between Friends sale last month.
Also, do you already have things like bowls/plates for LO?

Calvin Donald 8.27.14
I'm gearing up for all our consignment sales and we are looking for a hiking back pack carrier for LO, clothes, shoes (just a couple of early walker types), pool things as we are going to hawaii, then the before mentioned toys
This is a good list of "toys that get played with 6 - 12 months" (sad to admit we have almost all of them now... sigh)

Other then that - feeding supplies, bibs, cups (Sippy especially), bowls, spoons, etc - high chair (I presume you have one?), I'm going to look for a cart cover not because I think I'll use it at the store but because It would be handy for right now in high chairs as she's just not quite sitting solidly yet..
Ummmm.... my g/f is looking for a bike trailer.. (and helmet though I think I'd buy that new)..
