Can anyone refer me to a good website (or even better, a medical journal article) that states what normal FSH levels, AMH levels, estrogen levels, etc. are?
I am preparing an appeal of some of my testing from 2011 (yup, 2 years later) to my insurance company and knowing some of the doctors who work for these companies (usually the ones who can't hack it in private practice), I am quite sure that I will need some evidence "showing" them that an FSH of 13.3 on CD 3 is not normal and an AMH of 0.54 is not normal.
Heck, my family practice doc didn't even know 13.3 wasn't a normal level CD 3 fSH so I know not to expect more from some insurance company doctor.

Re: Good website about FSH levels
Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12
Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

That is the most detailed website I've found as well.
I also used the websites PP recommended and https://highfshinfo.com/.
Your question got me curious to look again and I found a new resource I hadn't seen when I looked a few years ago at Center for Huma.n Reproductio.n. Not sure if this link will be clicky. This website is making me think I really should count my blessings and give up on my ovaries - My FSH was 14.something at age 30 - that's not even on their chart.

Good luck with your insurance!
Well, neither was mine and I have an undetectable AMH...and I just had a baby.

According to that chart I'm a 41 year old. That sucks.
IBack, I met with a new RE yesterday and she reconfirmed that AMH is only part of the picture. She didn't get super crazy about my level. She said that because all of my other testing was fine and the fact that I already have children is very promising ... just thought I'd let you know.
Hey! What's wrong with being 41?????
Just kidding, I know what you mean.

Well, that is good to know. I'm meeting with an RE in April who is supposed to specialize in DOR or POF caused by Fragile X (I got his name from the Fragile CX clinic at a hospital here), but I looked at his research so I am not so sure. But I will see what he has to say at least.

Well, nothing when you're actually 41 and not 29 LOL.
