My LO will be 2 weeks tomorrow. After a difficult pregnancy, I'm kind of looking forward to exercising again. I know I have to wait 6 weeks for more strenuous exercise, but wondered if I could get started with anything? I.e yoga? Skating? Jogging?

My little guy is 9 days old and I'm going on walks now and doing yoga. I feel good enough to start running soon but I don't want to push it and start up too soon
