Larger Size Avent Pacifier?

My 7.5 month DS has used Avent pacifiers since birth.  He is now using the 6-18 month pacifier and LOVES to put the whole thing in his mouth.  The daycare has asked we get him a larger pacifier because it scares them.

I don't think Avent makes a larger size than the 6-18 month - I haven't seen any at BRU or Target.  Anybody know if they do?  If not, any recommendation on a brand with a larger pacifier that has a nipple similar to the Avent?

    If he's putting the whole thing in his mouth, it seems like it doesn't really matter what shape the nipple is. Have you thought about trying some teethers that won't go all the way in his mouth?

    Agreed.  I was thinking one with a larger external piece (not sure what you call it, the part that sticks out of the mouth) with a similar nipple since I am not sure if DS would take a pacifier with a different nipple (he really hated the NUK brand).

    We can try suggesting teethers unless he is going to sleep.  That's a good idea, thanks.

    I haven't seen any larger than 6-18, but MAM is pretty similar to Avent. DS will only take those two brands.
