Hi Ladies! I've been lurking for awhile, so thought it was time for me to 'formally' introduce myself. DH and I are both 28 and started trying last July right when I went off the pill. Long story short, I started having very irregular cycles and never ovulated (charting).
My OB did some initial testing and a SA for hubby. Hubby is clear and tests confirmed that I'm not ovulating. OB did 1 unmonitored cycle of 50mg clomid with no response. Referred to RE in Feb. where she diagnosed me with unexplained infertility/ PCOS 'spectrum' (I have PCOS ovaries, but none of the other symptoms). Provera to induce a 50 day cycle and onto 100mg Clomid. Had my day 12 testing today and no follies over 8mm. Going back Friday for day 16 testing to see if any improvement!
Baby dust to everyone!

Sorry you have not seen a response yet on cd12 from 100mg of clomid...this is one of the reasons we don't like unmonitored clomid. It's very likely you didn't respond to the 50mg cycle either, but they didn't know that since they didn't monitor.
If you don't see vast improvement on cd16, I'm sure your RE will suggest either increasing the dose, or another drug. Personally I'd push for either femera (some PCOS ladies find they respond better to this than clomid) or moving straight on to injects because they can easily adjust your dose throughout your cycle depending on response.
Good luck moving forward.
