  Tacos in a bag.
  Take a bag of doritos smash them all up and then add your favorite taco fixins'. Ground beef, lettus, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream shake and grab a fork.

  I check Rachey's meal planning post every week for ideas

  I'm surfing pinterest for ideas, this taco pasta bake looks yummy:

  I like casseroles because I can throw them together while DD is napping (when she naps, ugh!) and pop them in the over 45 mins or so before we're going to want to eat.  That way my distraction with making dinner isn't during her awake time.

  You can always mix a bunch of things with ground beef and make patties. This weekend, I used 3 eggs with 2lbs of meat, half a pound of mushroom (shredded), a handful of bread crumbs and some seasoning. Yum.
