10 days out and horrible back pain...

So I'm 10 days from my due date and all of the sudden I'm having horrible back pain.   Is this happening to anyone else?  I know I'm not supposed to be gettign any sleep when my little guy arrives, but I can't wait to just be comfortable when I lay down, even if it's just for an hour.

    Im with you! I have had on and off terrible back pain for liek two months now but it seems to be gettign much worse.  I wake up several times a night from it and I have to get out of bed and lean over my dresser to make it subside a little.  I almost thought it was labor a few times.  I can't wait to sleep on my back at night and be more comfortable!  Any psotion hurts it....it almost right around all my ribs.  Hopefully we will nto have to suffer much longer :)  It will be all worth it.

    To help with back pain try the thermacare heat packs. I threw out my back around 28wks and it really helped.

    I've been running up our water bill with hot showers - I stand so the hot water can pour onto my mid to lower back because that's where my pain is at the end of the day.  I take one every night to help me relax before bed.  It also opens up my sinuses since I'm still super stuffy all the time.

     I can't wait to sleep on my stomach!

    Is your baby sunnyside up? I had horrible back pain and then I found out she was face up and that's what was causing the pain. A birth ball has helped me.
