What is going on?

I am 39 weeks 2 days along in this pregnancy. This morning I?ve been having moments where I feel like I have period cramps/diarrhea cramps. Sometimes there is a restroom trip, sometimes not. Should these menstrual type cramps be counted as possible labor cramps?

    If they come and go and can be timed then they might be. I've had a few of these every now and then and have decided they are contractions. They kind of start crampy and get a little more painful(but not THAT painful) then go away.

    Yeah, it gets to a point where its uncomfortable enough that I wonder if I need to run to the restroom.

    my SIL had labor that felt like she needed to have a BM with menstrual like cramps with it. her feelings wouldn't be constant, it was something that came and went.
