No sex...

in 1st Trimester
So husband and I have been givin instructions of no sex for 7 weeks, no lifting and no exercise ::due to 2 previous miscarriages:: while we're both willing to do whatever it takes... I can't help but sit out here and miss the intimacy. Yes I still do "things" for him... I just miss the closeness. Anyone else put on this? Anything make you feel better? Thanks momma's
Pregnancy discovered at 12 weeks 12/2007 - D&C at 13 Weeks due to partial Ectopic pregnancy/Body rejecting pregnancy. Last Pregnancy - EDD August 2013 TTC Our first miracle baby.

    I havnt been restricted; but I havnt been in the mood and I know it is fustrating to him.  we snuggle a lot and to do lots of little things.  even waking up in the moring an hour early just to lay in bed and talk about whatever.  We will touch and play with not full action.  I know its not enough but we love eachother and understand.  Just talk and tell eachother as much as you can how much you love one another and it will all be worth it...I wish you both the best of luck and blessed be.

    Thank you... Yeah it's not so much about the act I guess as it is the closeness. And we had such an active sex life before. We do cuddle and tell each other frequently we love each other. I don't feel too bad :right now: but I do just miss the closeness. 6 weeks left to go.

    I'm on 6weeks of bed rest/pelvic rest and 8w along. I have felt so sick I don't even want to be intimate, my poor husband. I think you just need to be intimate with out being physical. Dates,kissing, cuddling.

    Aug 2012 - break due to needing a girls' weekend in Cape Cod

    Switched fertility clinics - forced break Oct 2012
    Natural Cycle IUI #4 (Nov 2012) no trigger, no progesterone, no prednisone (Nov 2012) - Neg

    I was on pelvic rest my previous pregnancy so we cuddled, made out a lot and gave each other massages. Pretty much turned into 15 year olds again. :)

    I haven't been on rest, but haven't been in the mood since finding out we were pregnant (2 month ago).  But finally, last night DH got lucky!  He's so patient and I feel bad when I'm not in the mood for so long.  We talk about it, cuddle when watching tv, etc.
