internal if csection is in 3 days??

Do I have to have an internal if my csection is scheduled for Thurs?

I feel like I'd rather this appointment be a consultation more than past visits so I can get all my questions answered before DDay.

    I'm having my 4th C-section in 7 days and the Dr. always tells me its my choice.  Since its a C-section doesn't matter if I'm dilated or not.  I would think you wouldn't have to have one.

    I had an appt less than a week before mine and the MA handed me one of those paper cover up things and I told her I didn't think it was necessary, when the dr came in he agreed and said he didn't need to do one. I think it's just routine, so just speak up if you don't want one.

    You don't ever "have" to have an internal before you're in labor, so if you're already having a CS, I definitely wouldn't bother.
