Newb posting with a Q

Hi, I barged in here yesterday with my situation and now have a Q

A friend of mine who is one and done is selling all her son's stuff at a swap tomorrow. I have been wanting to clear out my DS's clothes for a while. I hate the clutter and am totally feeling the pressure to fill those clothes with a baby. I talked to DH and he is cool with me selling and making a little cash for new things for DS. I just feel like if we do have another baby it could be a girl, be born in a different season and/or be a completely different size. Not to mention some of the stuff might be more dated than I care for by the time it fits a potential LO again.

So, did you get rid of all you LO's clothes/things or are you hanging onto it?

    I've kept pretty much everything of DDs. Thankfully we were able to b/c of our available storage. We were given A LOT of stuff for her, and I don't want to sell it. My sister is due next month with a little girl so I'm letting her use a lot, knowing I want it back!!!

    Saving it, but we have a big attic. I let friends or my sister borrow things (came in handy when my sister had SURPRISE #3 and had given her baby stuff away!).

    I've saved it. Loaned a few things to SIL. We have a fair bit of storage in the basement. It's all boxed up, so I don't have to look at it! I think it would bother me if it was just in a closet and I had to look at it all the time.

    I've saved all my DDs clothes and other baby stuff. I'm running out of storage space now so I'm hoping we have another LO soon otherwhys I might consider getting rid of some things.

    I kept things and gave most clothes to my sister because she has a little boy and could use them. It hurts to keep stuf, but I'm not ready to let go of all of it.

    Lurker here, DS is 16 months, and no sibling on the way yet.  But, I did get rid of some of his clothes (I would say between 1/3 and 1/2 of what I had). I kept all the "equipment/gear" though. 

    My reasoning was similar to yours...even if I have another boy they might not be at the same time of year/might not fit into the stuff. Or, if we have a girl, we will probably be done. So I just kept the things that I ABSOLUTELY could not get rid of, and the rest got sold.  It worked out pretty good because I still have a lot of stuff, but I made some extra money too.
