XP I hate you, Monday.

I woke up late. Didn't have time to shower. Sped all the way to my dr appointment, NPR, only to realize I'm almost out of gas. MS hits horribly a mile from the gas station so I'm doing everything in my power to make it to the gas station before I throw up AND before I run out of gas. Swing my car up to the pump and run into it! The first 2 pumps fell off, 89 and 93 still attached just laying on the ground. But 87 knocked the black part that is holstered onto the pump completely of track where you can't even use it.

I seriously just want to fall in the floor a pitch a fit right now. Thanks for nothing Monday.

OMG you poor thing! Did the gas station make you pay for it? I had a mommy moment a while ago where I drove off with the pump still in my car and noticed it 1 second too late- I had to pay $170 to get it fixed for them. Doh!

I'll be completely honest. My first instinct was to flee the scene. I figured that would cost me jail time or something lol. I got a lady to come out and look at it. She took my number ad said she would give it to the manager and get the maintenance guy out there to look at it.
I just want to cry. Throw up. Then cry again.

I got zero sleep last night. Miles has an ear infection and was up every hour on the hour. Ugh...

This is why I'm thankful to live in NJ, where it's illegal to pump your own gas! I would probably do this all the time!

JBM, I'm sorry I hate those days when everything happens at once. I'm sure it will get better soon. Can you treat yourself at lunch to something yummy?

I was suppose to go to lunch with my sister but I am avoiding her now. When I told her Saturday I was pregnant she said "oh dear god PLEASE tell me you are not pregnant again?!" and then talked bad about me to a friend of mine. So I'm going home and going to sleep and ignoring the world today

Yes, you can move to NJ or Oregon, they are the only two states that have that law!

And, um, WTF is that reaction??? What's her issue?

She is so much drama. Short story, she's married with a 3 and 4 year old. Neither of them work and she dropped out of college to marry BIL. He "got hurt at work" and collects workmans comp. they've been talking about wanting another baby, preferably twins, but she had an IUD since my niece and they don't have insurance, Medicaid for kids only, so she couldn't afford to have it taken out. She faked problems with it and her OB still wouldn't take it out so she went to the ER where the nurse fell for her act and pulled it. DH assumes she's mad because we "beat her" to getting pregnant. EVERYTHING is a competition to her.

It should. I left my number and haven't heard from them. I drove by on my way home and someone was at that pump using it so the maintenance guy may have already fixed it and hopefully they don't need me

I think Mr. JBM is mad at me because of it. He said he's not and maybe he's just busy at work but his responding text was very short. I'm really hoping that the guy fixed it and I don't hear from them. This is the gas station I alway use but I think I'm going to find a new one because I'm pretty embarrassed lol

OMG! Are you okay? Did your car get smashed up? All I can imagine is you smashing into the pumps and gas spraying everywhere. That must have been scary and embarrassing and horrible. I'm sorry that happened, and I'm sorry your sister is being such a drama queen, it sounds like she's jealous.

Also, I have no idea how to pump gas. lol I think I did it a few times when I lived in Minnesota, but like Jilly said, in Oregon it's illegal to pump your own!

I'm fine. Thank God it just knocked the handles off their holder and didn't really damage anything besides the last one that got knocked off track. The car has some scratches on the front but a good detail may buff it out. I'm not sure.
My MIL has never pumped gas simply because she's never pumped it. I'm totally jealous of y'all
