Well it looks like this will be my LAST check in BEFORE Cole gets here. If he hasn't made his arrival by tomorrow we are suppose to check in at Midnight tomorrow night and he will be here sometime Monday. I will be 39 weeks tomorrow and he already made it a week later then his Big Brother did.
I am very excited and nervous at the same time. I didn't want to be induced and my Dr. was going to allow me to go until my due date but he was already measuring 7lbs 10 ounces on Tuesday so we opted to go ahead with induction. I am getting my rest and taken care of last minute stuff before we meet our sweet baby boy.
GTKY: We don't have a set plan right now for birth control. I plan to breast feed so it will have to be something I can take while BF. Hoping to get some suggestions from you ladies.
I am excited for all the March ladies with their rainbow babies in their arms!!! Congrats!
I am just waiting - hoping LO decides it is time to arrive in the next few days. I have an OB appointment on Monday at 1:15 and if no progress has been made, we will be discussing induction possibly Tuesday or Wednesday. I went for a nice walk tonight and am hoping LO received the eviction notice that I sent and decides to arrive on her own! Or that at least I have some significant dilation by Monday!
GTKY: We are one and done so DH will be taking care of that. Until then, I really don't know the options since I plan on BFing.

Update: Nolan was born via RCS on 3/5 at 11:09. He is perfect! We have been home for 2 days now and things are going well. I am feeling better each day. We had one rough nursing session his first night home, but things have calmed down and he is doing much better. Big brother Colby is so sweet with Nolan! He is very curious about everything Nolan does and is always giving him hugs and kisses. Very sweet!
GTKY: I will probably go back on the mini-pill like I did after DS #1 was born and was nursing. I am pretty sure we are done with kids, but I would like to give it some time before we make anything permanent. At that point, it will be up to DH to take care of things!
Hi ladies! So excited for all the rainbow babies and can't wait to have mine!
I was 39w on friday and there was some talk of inducing because of my low platelets. They came back stable, so the doc wants to just let me go on my own. I've been having so many contractions off and on since 38w, I'm SOOO ready to get this show on the road.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that at 37.2w he FINALLY spun around! Yay! Next appointment on Tuesday and if he is still inside on Thursday I am going to see my acupuncturist to see what she can do to encourage him to make his way into the world. I know i'm not due until Friday and should be more patient, but I'm so over being pregnant.
Asher is doing good we are just struggling to get his weight up. We are having to supplement with formula right now and that is a bit frustrating for me. I just feel like this is one more thing my body can't do right and it's frustrating. Dh is waiting On a job offer this week so please keep us in your prayers.
Gorky: bc I am not completely decided yet but I think we will use a diaphragm again. I don't ovulate regularly anyways and don't want to have any hormones in my system messing things up again so I think that's what we are going to do. My paraguard almost ruptured my uterus so there is no way in hell in getting a iud again and the depo shot made me crazy.
GTKY: We are done after this one. I don't deal with BC well, so we'll prevent the high school way while DH decides if he wants to do anything permanent.

Well, as usual, I'm late to the Check In! I just wanted to say Congrats again to all the March Mommies already holding their rainbow babies, and Good Luck to every one else.
No real updates for me. It's just a waiting game now.
GTKY: I think we're going with the Mirena IUD. It's covered by my insurance and my doctor thinks that would be best for our situation.
