Have cold. What to take?

What are some things you ladies have taken for colds/flus? I usually take bee propolis but want to stay away from bee products. Theraflu? I'm soooooo miserable. Sneezing every 10 seconds, endless runny nose, watery itchy eyes, fever, and double the fatigue....

Been drinking lots of water and juice and napping. Help!

  • Regular Sudafed is fine, so is Mucinex DM, Robitussin DM, and Delsym.  I think Robitussin is your best bet for multi-symptom.

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

  • My doc said Tylenol cold. Be careful with dm. My list of ok meds didn't list most of them with dm. Get your doctor to give you a safe list of meds!
  • Ask your doctor, there are some options...mine told me Benadryl, tylenol, mucinex and robitussin but none with dm.

  • Tylenol.

But the best way is probably loads of rest, water, tea, and hot steamy showers or baths. Natural remedies seem to work a little better for me during pregnancy for some reason.
