Warning tmi question... it's weird... lol

Ok FTM here, DH and I have watched several birth vids on you tube. well, in one vid this ladies butt hole gets HUGE. She wasn't snipped or anything... it was like when she would push it would turn into a freakin black hole. So DH and I were just sitting here wondering wth is up with that. lol. Any stm's know what I am talking about? Or has anyone heard of this phenomenon?

Sorry if I am being a crazy weirdo. DH and I were just flabbergasted at this video. lol. I need more hobbies, lol. Don't peg me as the weird butt hole poster on the bump please!!! lol Angel

    I can't say I have ever seen a birth that closely to notice that. But when you push, you are supposed to push like you are having a bowel movement so it would make sense that the anus would open as well.

    I've never looked at a butt hole in a childbirth video. I must be doing something wrong. I can only imagine pushing just makes it open like you have a giant turd coming out... I wish I could tell you for sure though.

    I watched in a mirror while pushing for a little while and all I saw were hemorrhoids. Those aren't pretty.

    I knew I had to push when I felt like I needed to take the biggest shiit in the world. So I wouldn't be surprised if that happened. Never really paid that much attention otherwise :D

    When I was a nursing student, I was able to see several up close vaginal births. I have to say, I think every one of them had this happen. It's pretty natural when you're bearing down like that!

    Haha. Butt lady! Just kidding. I didn't notice it bc I closed my eyes during the childbirth video shown in my class. Maybe that's what it looks like when we are pooping but we've just never had the privilege of watching videos of it before?
