I've done nothing all weekend but eat garbage. I bought pizza and Chinese food Friday and have been nomming on it radomly all weekend. I never eat this much junk. I feel like crap.
Anyone else over indulge this weekend and regretting it?
Me! I had planned to make pork chops and mashed cauliflower Friday night, but FI insisted on pizza. Then last night we went to dinner at his dad's house, and yep pizza again. Then cake and ice cream since it was a birthday dinner. Today I'm trying to be a little bit better, I had a grilled chicken wrap and a diet cherry limeade for lunch.
Our furnace died so we are crashing at my brother's house, which has resulted in horrible eating: pizza, hot dogs, tons of trail mix with M&Ms, nachos, soda (which I never, ever, drink). Like...really bad.

Me! I was out of town for work for 4 days and all meals were from dining out - ate my way through the week. Started doing better Friday night and then blew it with Chik-Fil-A at lunch yesterday. To top it off, I was slouching here on the computer and DD came up to me and asked why my belly is so big and then proceeded to announce I am having a baby. I had lost 10 pounds but after my week of eating, I am scared to get back on the scale. Ugh!

How do you feel about the mashed cauli? I've wanted to try it but am scared. How do you prepare it? Same toppings as mashed potatoes? That's what I've heard it is kind of a substitute for.
That's how I do mashed cauliflower. I just steam it then put it in the food processor for the "mashing." There's no reason why you couldn't use a masher instead, I just like mine well mashed. I just added butter and normal seasoning. You can tell it's not potato, but it's not bad!

Um I was visiting my parents and my mom was sick so we had pizza Thursday (for my sister's birthday), Chinese Friday, pizza last night, and I took my niece and DS to McDonald's for lunch when we were out today. I will be eating lettuce all week long. Ugh

Yeah, just steam the cauliflower then mash it up with some butter, sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. I only made it once so far, and it was good. It was a little runny, though, because I put milk in them. Cauli definitely doesn't need any milk when mashing them up.

Birthday cake oreos. Almost a whole package has been demolished by me since Thursday.
Every time I pass through the kitchen I get a handful of MMs.
Chips and hot sauce with dinner today.
Reese's hearts while at work Thursday and Saturday.
McDonald's caramel frappe.
Waffles for breakfast today.
This is in no order. Just random shitt I ate.
I was supposed to give up sweets this week, but then A LOT of stuff happened.
There's always next year.
