giving this a try ladies. mh and i are going to make 10 freezer meals this afternoon for during the hectic time of monitoring and ivf.
i am hoping this will help me eat better during the time when i am not feeling great and tend to default to convenience food that isn't so great for me.
i have to eat gluten free, so i was super excited to find these gf freezer meal recipes on-line.
here's hoping this relieves some small amount of stress!

What an awesome idea! I have to eat gluten free too and one big hang-up for me not to have done this is because of that factor. Let me know which ones were your favorites because I'd love some recipes.

the "cooking" went well. mh went to the store (about 1 h), pre-chopped everything, and then put stuff into regular gallon zip-loc bags. i think if you were storing things long term, a food vac would probably be good but we are going to use these in the coming weeks.
we only have one freezer and ended up with 10 gallon ziploc bags stuffed into an already stuffed freezer!
i'll let you know how they work!
Praying unceasingly for a miracle. ALL welcome!
