Weird noise from 2 year old?

DS had a fever for about 2 days, and now it's good. But now it sounds like he's got a bunch of crap stuck in his chest. No drainage anywhere from nose or anything. But when he sneezes it sounds almost like a honk? Which is not normal for him lol. I'm assuming I just let this pass since he no longer has a fever? Just a new noise for him.. lol

    I would call the pedi.  It could be just the cold or uri passing, but actually it could be strider or something more so you want to just get it checked.  I have to bring my younger daughter in because she sounds like she has croup.  she doesn't have a fever either but they want to listen to her chest.
