STM here...
I did not drop with DS1, which resulted in the nurse needing to help push DS out from the top of my belly...

Anyway.. So I don't know what it feels like.. All of a sudden when I try to sit up or stand up I feel pressure in my lady bits... Is this common?

I felt constant pressure and started to waddle when he dropped really low..

It sounds like it. I knew I dropped by the pressure down there and my inner thigh muscles felt sore. It almost feels like you've been riding a horse for a long time. Also, if the baby has dropped, you will feel like you need to pee ALL THE TIME!

I feel the need to waddle, but not all the time...or maybe I do waddle all the time and don't notice..

My LO has dropped. Sometimes I find myself waddling but not all the time. Definitely need to pee more. Less heartburn and her butt is out of my ribs(but not her feet).
