  i wish i knew what to tell you but im in the same boat, my lo only takes about a 15 minute nap only if im holding her every few hours and like yours if i put her in her crib she just screams

  my LO would only fall asleep if we held her and bounced on a yoga ball. She was going to day care so I had to break her of it. It took an entire week of her screaming and crying for 5 minutes at every nap, but she finally let me put her down with no problems using the shushpat method in the baby whisperer book. I shushpat her while holding her, wait for two big sighs and then put her down. Now, she doesn't fuss at all. I found the winddown period to be key. Good luck!
