For those of you with children with multiple food allergies, how do you handle eating out in restaurants? Are there particular chains you frequent, or apps that help you figure out hidden sources of allergens? We eat out or do take out at least once a week, and I'm getting tired of the same 3 dishes at the same 3 places. My daughter is allergic to dairy, soy, avocado and now sesame. I'd like to expose her to different cuisines and tastes, but I feel like we can't eat Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Greek...

I find this website to be helpful and user friendly

me too. I disclose the allergy before eating and make a big deal out of it.
Allergy eats & Allergen Menu are great apps on smart phones. Plus, some restaurants have allergy menus like Chilis and Applebees. Go on a restaurants website before going. But Chilis and Applebees has them at the restaurant.
The other thing you can do is bring your own food and have them heat it up for you. I've done that too.
