  Puzzles, books, crayons, and toy cars are a huge hit here.  He loves his kitchen/play food too.

  Puzzles, anything with Elmo - including toys, DVD's, books, trucks/school buses/cars, bath toys, coloring supplies (make sure they are washable crayons/markers).

  Elmo/Sesame Street, plastic bins of plastic zoo animals or dinosaurs, duplo blocks, trains/trucks/cars, coloring books with washable crayons and removable stickers

  I think the play food would be a big hit. Puzzles and letter/shape items are educational, but not annoying like some of those "computer" toys.

  Puzzles! A ball for daisy is a lovely book. Sidewalk chalk, bubbles, trains, and anything that goes like airplanes he can zoom around in his hands.
