Baby #2 a possibility

My daughter is turning 1 next week and we are ready to make her a big sister. Only problem is that I still have not had a period since having her. I want to be able to get pregnant again but I don't want to wean. Any advice from moms who have been where I am now?

    Some women have to completely wean to have a period.  Sorry, probably not what you wanted to hear.

    Everyone is different so if you aren't willing to wean you can keep trying to catch that first egg or your cycle will return at some point.  My n=2, didn't get a ppp after #1 until 16mo and after #2 until 14.5mo --now I'm ~5 weeks pregnant.
    5/08- blighted ovum, spont ab; 2/20/09- epi, VAVD, Girl! breastfed 24mo; 10/10- blighted ovum, spon ab; 12/10- no fetal pole, Cytotec; 11/20/11- unmedicated SVD, Girl! breastfed 18mo; 11/7/13- unmedicated SVD, breastfed 18mo; 2/11/16- unmedicated SVD, exclusively pumping to at least a year.

    My period came back before we TTC#2, but maybe if you cut out a feeding or two (or MOTN feedings if you still do them) w/o completely weaning that would help?
