Stuffy Nose

So my LO has an extremly stuffy nose. ive tried everything possible. any suggestions??? Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    It might be easier to give suggestions if you tell us what you have tried.

    Warm humidifier, warm bath, steamy shower, nose frida, Vick's baby rub and cool mist humidifier at night would be my suggestions.

    need to know what you have tried.  The best I have found is the cool mist humidifier and using the saline spray.  Use a saline spray for babies and use one that comes in an aluminum can - not hte one in plastic bottles (they usually contain preservatives wheres the can will be preservative free). 

    Use the saline spray liberally and throughout the day.  This really helps loosen up the snot and get it draining.  Use it during bath time before bed to really help loosen up the snot/mucous before bedtime.  You cannot overdose on a saline spray.

    This works like a charm! Saline first, then nose frida (google it, best invention, EVER), then baby vicks right under the nose. Suck those boogies out, vicks to open the passages. Been there a million times it seems in his 18 months of life :0)
