It's Friday: Why are you smiling?

We used to do this on the preemie board every Friday, thought it would be fun to start here.

I'm smiling because my first u/s is coming up on Tuesday and I can take a nap this weekend :)

    I'm smiling because I feel so lucky to have got pregnant so quickly after only trying for a month it was a shock! I'm still in shock and so excited!!

    2. I've made it to 6 weeks! 2 more weeks to go to make it past my last loss mark.

    3. My next u/s is Tuesday.

    I am smiling because TGIF! Also because I am almost at 6 weeks & one step close to first U/S and lastly, I am babysitting my nephew tonight who I don't get to see as often anymore so I am excited to spend time with him!

    I'm smiling because we are taking DD for photos with a real bunny tomorrow and we are going to attempt for her to sit on the Easter Bunny's lap. I'm really excited.

    I also got "Pregnant" on a digital this morning.

    I'm smiling because I just heard from the midwives office and they have room for me as a patient! I see them April 1st (April fools day)! And DH is bringing home steak for dinner - this mama has been craving pan seared steak with butter ever since I saw a pin on pinterest about it!

    1) It's Friday
    2) We're having beautiful weather today
    3) my birds (ducks and geese) are hanging out outside my window and are being silly 
    4) I saw the first shoots of green grass yesterday.

    1. I had lunch with an amazing friend

    2. It's Friday and we have a great weekend planned with the kids which includes two benefits; taking them to the batting cages; and seeing Oz

    3. We get to rock out at the Bon Jovi concert Sunday

    4. My ultrasound is scheduled for Thursday!

    I'm smiling b/c my second beta came back and it more than doubled - so I can (hopefully) have a worry-free weekend.
    Me: 30, DH: 40 
    TTC since January 2012HSG & Bloodwork: Normal, SA: NormalDx: Unexplained Infertility 50mg Clomid + TI = BFN (three cycles)
    50mg Clomid + trigger + IUI = BFP (one cycle)
    Beta #1 (12dpo) = 49  Beta #2 (14dpo)= 149

    Expecting g/g twins Oct '13

    I'm smiling b/c 1) I had a great 2nd beta; 2) because it is Friday; and 3) because I can put on elastic waist pants and show this bloat who is boss.
    Married since 2008 | TTC #1 since 2011

    2 losses: Nov '11 and Aug '12
    Dx: Feb '13 - HSG shows clear tubes but minor diverticulitis; Borderline DOR; Low DHEA and low testosterone.
    Moving on to IUI or IVF.

    3.4.13:  Holy crap! Surprise natural BFP on cycle #19. EDD 11.12.13
    We've got a peen.....it's a boy! 
    Little man born 11.17.2013 via c-section

    I am smiling because I am done with work for 2 whole days! I worked 4 12hr (which is more like 13-14) hr days this week. I am so ready to sleep in and relax!
