Terrible 2's.

Anyone else's LO starting in on the terrible 2's?  DD recently started say "Mine" and grabbing her toys away from DH and I.  She also says "Move"  She says "no no".  Where did my sweet little girl go?  I say "move" and "no no" to the cats all the time when I am feeding them.  Trying to stop : ) 

We have yet to start the tantrums, but I am sure they are coming.

    Yea. We live in the land of perpetual tantrums here. All day, every day.

    Tantrums are fun.  I let him fuss and whine for a couple minutes, then ask him if he's done.  His answer to EVERY questions is "no," whether he wants it or not.  He'll try to play the pointing game too, even though he knows the word for what he wants.  Little snot.  He loves to help, no matter what it is, or how much of a contribution.  He's my big, independent boy.

    Yep. She whines and whines about getting what she wants. Trying to teach her that she just needs to ask but it's not sinking in for her yet.

    No tantrums (yet).  But we get a lot of "no-no's" and he's into everything.

    I must pull him away from cords and plugs and everything else electronic about a gazillion times a day.  Fun!

    DS isn't at the "negative" stage where he says no to everything, but he definitely knows how to throw a tantrum if we ever say no to him. For the most part he is still a sweet little 1 year old. I'm sure we have lots more to look forward to as he gets closer to age 2.

    EVERY 15 minutes out of 30 minutes is spent in some sort of meltdown. 

    Mommy drinks.

    Mine will scream at the top of his lungs and turn blue. So we all leave the room until he calms down then hug it out lol. Right now I'm trying to get him to stop bothering my poor cat. She bites him two to three times a day but he tortures so I can't even say it's her. UGh! You would think he'd learn.
