spotting or period or pregnant?

I started bleeding today. out of nowhere. have not had my period since Oct 18 2010. I am still nursing and taking birth control pills. so far it seems like spotting..I have noticed that I have been more gassy lately, and nauseous the past couple days, especially today and some headaches every afternoon for like 4 days now. I kind of doubt that I am pregnant, however, DH and I did have sex on day 5 of my z-pak(for a sinus infection) mid Feb

I did start a different manufacturer of my b/c Sunday but its one I had been on before and should be same hormone. and just started it Sunday so its not like its the sugar pills when you get your period.

as far as nursing I dont think the frequency has changed much within the last few months..

Think I might take a test in the a.m.

maybe bleeding will be heavier tomorrow like a normal period..

    I POAS this morning and it was negative :/

    still spotting a little tho and felt nauseous again in the afternoon...WTH

    I guess I kind of secretly was/am hoping I will get pregnant.. especially that easy without really trying.. :p

    probably getting your period. I got mine back after 4 years and thats how it started. I was very bloated and spotty the first month.
